Edwards Audio SC1 Speed Controller

The SC1 is a totally analogue wein bridge based AC motor speed controller designed especially for our Apprentice TT and TT1 turntables. It is also plug and play compatible with the Rega RP1/RP2 and RP3

The SC1 is our entry level speed controller, it is based around a low distortion, fully discrete Wein bridge frequency oscillator followed by a fully discrete motor driver circuit. It allows the user to select and adjust both 33.3RPM and 45RPM speeds but has no memory as such, a simple rotary dial will adjust the speed if required and if left in position will maintain a very accurate output
