Leema Acoustics Pyxis Pre-Amplifier - Black - Ex Demonstration
Now includes an MM/MC Phono Stage
The Pyxis pre-amplifier is the heart of Leema's Reference Series, designed to offer absolute transparency with superior resolution and musicality. The Pyxis is without doubt a state-of-the-art performer. A vast array of features ensures that the Pyxis offers complete satisfaction. The comprehensive and fully customisable range of inputs include both single-ended and balanced analogue inputs, digital inputs for use with digital sources such as computer hard drives, and an optional built-in phono-stage. Digital outputs are also included for archiving to computer.
In addition to LIPS®, the Pyxis features LIPS2® allowing it to feed Leema power amplifiers with a full level audio signal so that the corresponding volume is set at the input stage of the power amplifiers. This ensures maximum signal to noise ratio and resolution of the audio signal even when listening at very low levels.
