The mantra of built to last resonates with Emotiva and in the A2m, every single part has been tested to meet Emotiva’s exacting standards. A heavy steel chassis is complimented by an aluminium faceplate which will last as well as a double sided circuit board that with plated through holes ensures that sound and signal is optimised.

It’s Flexible Too

The BasX A2m is not just a one trick pony, it has flexibility built in to accommodate various input and output styles too, with an unbalanced RCA handling your inputs that can be controlled and truly dialled into your setup. Output is handled by a 5-way binding post that can handle bare wire, lugs or your banana plug options, making the A2m truly versatile in your home setup.

Circuit Topology

The BasX A-150 is a two channel power amplifier. The BasX A-150 combines classical audiophile amplifier architecture, based on a heavy-duty linear power supply, and a carefully designed high current short signal path Class A/B output stage, with advanced microprocessor-controlled monitoring and protection circuitry, to deliver superb sound quality at a truly reasonable price.
