Title: Sales Consultant
Job Description: Duties including but not limited to;
- Replying to customer e-mails on our various web platforms.
- Answer telephone calls from customers & suppliers.
- Liaise with our warehouse staff in order to answer queries regarding products or stock.
- Negotiate trade in deals and discounts with customers as applicable.
- Check, test, photograph and list for sale on our various platforms traded in equipment.
- Help customers arrange warranty claims with suppliers.
- Organise demonstrations of our products, including setting up in our demonstration rooms, and providing basic hospitality to customers.
- Ensuring demonstration rooms and display areas are kept clean and tidy.
- Keep up to date with new and revised products.
- There may be occasions where you will be asked to organise and help with installations in customers homes outside of usual business hours to satisfy customer requirements. As much notice as possible will be given in these circumstances.
We require you to have the ability to multi task and work under pressure, strong interpersonal skills (teamwork, excellent phone manner, professionalism), good English and Maths (GCSE Grade C minimum). A good knowledge of setting up and using various turntables is a must. In return we offer excellent remuneration, above industry standard.
