'Back in 2018, we launched to great acclaim the L100 Classic. A bang up-to-date, reimagining of the L100 Century, a line of speakers that generated over a million units sold in the 1970’s! The undoubted success of the L100 Classic has delighted many dealers worldwide, with all the new business it’s created along with its sibling the more affordable and somewhat smaller L82, which entered the marketplace in 2020. However, the L82 for some is still quite an imposing cabinet, so where space within the consumer environment is at a premium, the challenge was to develop an ultra-compact JBL classic speaker that would not only need to stay faithful to the essence of the line with that fantastic retro feel as well as great sound, but it would also have need to have that extra affordability to throw the doors open to a far wider audience than ever before. Allow me to unveil the L52 Classic……..'

As with both of its bigger brothers, the L52 Classic features the iconic Quadrex foam grille in a choice of three colours — Orange, Black and Blue. The cabinets of the L52 are finished in satin walnut furniture-grade wood veneer. Here’s a rundown of L52’s highlights:
