Well constructed, elegant looking and effective

My CD player was micro- skipping when music was played at lower volumes. But clear whether the vibration was through the unit/ floor or airborne. Adding the isolation platform has improved the dampening but not entirely. At the price point this is a satisfactory outcome for me and I'll consider adding sorbethane to address the other frequencies
