Vibration absorbing plinth
For the lowest levels of resonant distortion, the DP-3000NE uses a solid plinth with over-sized, height-adjustable insulator feet. The feet not only absorb vibration for a purer sound but also let you level the turntable for the most accurate sound possible.
Direct drive with Space Vector PWM for music perfection
Using a high quality, direct drive mechanism, the DP-3000NE delivers absolute pitch stability and consistent sound. Controlled by Space Vector PWM (Pulse Width Modulation), the motor’s power supply delivers the smoothest signal, further reducing distortion and limiting background noise to the lowest possible levels. Simple speed selection
Electronic speed control makes it simple to switch between playback settings. With settings for 33.3rpm, 45rpm and 78rpm, it’s easy to playback your entire record collection. Thanks to the tonearm’s detachable headshell, switching to a dedicated 78rpm cartridge is easy. Simply unscrew and fit an optional 78rpm cartridge-equipped headshell* whenever you’re listening to your precious shellacs.
