Our Alignment Gauge allows you to check your cartridge is correctly aligned in your tonearm. An incorrectly aligned phono cartridge can result in premature cartridge and record wear.
You will only be able to enjoy the best possible sound from your cartridge when properly aligned.
Simply place this alignment gauge over your turntable spindle, move your phono cartridge over the grid, and make sure it is correctly aligned before tightening it to your tonearm. Couldn't be simpler.
Very clear instructions and grid, easy to use , good value for money , would definitely recommend

Easy to use and pretty cheap

A well made product that does the job a lot better than a bit of paper downloaded from a website.
The order arrived Yesterday,
Easy use，very good design.
Very convenient all in one tool, with clear.markings on a mirror finish, making the task all the easier. Only one point against. Took 15 days to deliver, with no indication of delivery problems, stock shortages etc.Leaving one a little in the dark.
We're sorry this did not arrive in good time, if this ever happens to you again with any purchase from us please do get in touch, we're happy to help
I bought this as I needed to align the new cartridge I bought. I spoke to one of the guys who offered to talk me through the process. I'll definitely be using A.S. again.

The protractor was a good present to buy a Hi-Fi enthusiast, as it is the sort of 'gadget' that you may not bother to buy yourself. It did exactly what it was supposed to do - but not sure that it gave any advantage over the 'free' alignment protractors that you can print out for online ?The mirrored aspect was a bit disappointing, as was expecting it to allow alignment of the actual stylus rather than just the cartridge body - however, it didn't - and so there were no real advantages in that respect - hence the 4 star rating.I would recommend as a good present - but perhaps not as an essential bit of kit - unless you are the sort of enthusiast that likes all the accessories to go with your Hi-FI.

No problem with the item itself but very confusing on how to use it, prehaps I'm just thick, if that's the case some idiot proof instructions would be very handy. In the end I just measured the overhang from the spindle and adjusted it to what it was advised in manual, so until i can figure out how to use The Alignment Protractor I've wasted my money.
