Clearaudio Cartridge Break In Test Record 180g LP

To reach their full sonic potential, a phono cartridge needs a certain " running-in" period, which can range from 40-100 hours - this LP shortens this considerably, allowing you to enjoy the best of your music sooner. This record contains Pink Noise (1/f noise), which reduces the length of the "running-in" period, along with an anti-skating check, total system noise check, frequency response check, and more.

Excellent record for cartridge running-in

The locked pink noise grooves (3 on each side) were perfect for running in a newly-rebuilt cartridge I have. I left it running over several days, using a different groove each time and the cartridge has massively improved.
