This T5.0a fuse is being used in my power amp,it has replaced the ceramic fuse that the amp is sold with.
Even though the original fuse was "better" than most standard fuses that come with hifi equipment,the SR blue ref 20x5mm T still made improvement on sound quality again,but this was only AFTER trying it in BOTH ways(really important that user`s tries this!).
The price will seem high to many looking at a hifi fuse but you can often pick them up at special offer prices which I was fortunate to do.

Seriously neutral presentation of musical muscle and a solid huge soundstage as it should be.. Excellent with a valve / tube set up

In my opinion the use of these fuses is completely reasonable despite the price, I use this fuses in DAC and amplifier and noted the changes in sound are extremely positive.

i use a creek 100cd player with internal dac and headphone stage ,i changed the internal fuse to a sr blue.and i have to say the improvement is staggering,depth, detail ,definition,everything has radically improved bass is deeper and has more weight and definition.i know £130 for a fuse is a lot of money ,but this is a game changer and a huge leap forward over the black fuse. i highly recommend it .just buy and enjoy wonderful music
