Discussed IsoAcoustics Decoupling Pucks with Terry at Analogue Seduction. There was an informed exchange of information, no hard sell. Clearly the ethos of AS is to enjoy the music. They listen to the customer, understand their objective and offer opinion and options.

Bought Isoacoustic Pucks based on reviews and AS knowledge of the product. Placed under a heavy integrated amp they made a sonic difference straight away. My impression is that they convey the emotion in music which previously was absent. Tempting to use superlatives but to keep it simple there is a rightness about the presentation that is seductive.

Good advice and enthusiasm from AS is a valuable benefit and should not be underestimated.

I have found an unusual benefit in terms of clarity and separation. Used under equipment over 20kg they are a nightmare to fit as they stick to the bottom of the product or to the shelf meaning you need to have more than one pair of hands. I have ended up with carpal tunnel syndrome as a result! Compared to the price of other isolation products they are very good value and come recommended except for the difficulty in fitting.
