The S5 Series is the actual expression of our essential philosophy. It is fruit of the union between the technical research dedicated on the functionality of our products and on the absolute care of the aesthetic sense that has always been accorded. Thanks to the priority assigned on the qualitative research dedicated over the years to the ideal materials, all the main characteristics of the previous products - made by welding processes - have merged with the most valuable technical properties improved over the years through the development of Hyperspike line. It born in this way a basilar range of equipment mainly characterized by the excellence, quality and simplicity of its components.
The S5 Series products are distinguished by shelves designed and decoupled on two levels. The main shelves, perforated in their central areas, are processed with embedded particulars made of steel. The secondaries shelves, instead, via their placement on our new steel cones, generate the decoupling designed for our innovative system studied for the contrast of component’s vibrations. In particular, when placed on their relative steel discs (S Series PADS), our traditional steel spikes download toward the ground the set of accumulated vibrations from the whole structure during the normal use. This works finely to provide high levels of functionality. The aluminium tubes, as well as for the S3 Series, are filled with damping material (not grainy) and through their secure fastening system allow anyone to adjust the rack with preferred heights. Ultimately, the customization is combined with the product technology described above, where the users can always adjust the heights of the plates on the shelves in order to enjoy a valid technical equipment at the service of their facilities or systems
30th Anniversary edition
The 2020 is a very special year for Solidsteel. We celebrate our 30th Brand Anniversary and we are pervaded of great feelings of satisfaction and positive mindset. This year is heavily challenging as we all know. Here in Solidsteel we had continuous improvements in enhancing our business, we began thirty years ago with an ambitious and breakthrough project, first in Italy at that time and a few later worldwide.
Today we can confirm the success of this 100% Made in Italy project. We are globally recognized as Quality Hi-Fi accessories manufacturers, active in almost all over the world and the list of the countries we cover grow up year by year, spreading new opportunities in those places in which we already have business backgrounds from decades. Our appreciated catalog shows a great number of lines and options potentially able of satisfying every needs of High-End Audio lovers. Starting from the high value entry-level lines to the sophisticated and highly luxurious Hyperspike series. Not forgetting the iconic tripod speaker stands, the wall shelves and the power amp stands. We also introduced a line for the pro-audio industry: the Vibestand, a guitar and bass amp stand. This is our daily bread.
Thanks to its “historical DNA” we realized a 30th Anniversary Edition of the highly appreciated S5 Series Hi-Fi Racks. This line (Click here to find technical specifications) is the more complex on the S Series range regarding engineering and technical features. The new colors will be the Silver/Black combination and the Silver/White version. They come from the original finishes of the old-school 5 and 6 Solidsteel line to give homage to those glorious products, originally made with a fixed and welded frame. Today the S5 Series represents the perfect evolution of those features, with a consolidated modular system and custom expandability in the heights between the shelves, with extra weight added on the whole units.
