Hi-Fi Racks Akorner XL Equipment Stand (Per Tier)
THIS PRODUCT IS SOLD PER Tier, SO YOU CAN CREATE A MODULAR RACK TO SUIT YOUR SYSTEM EXACTLY. SIMPLY ADD EACH LEVEL TO YOUR BASKET, STARTING WITH THE BASE UNIT, THEN ADD ANY other tiers YOU REQUIRE TO YOUR BASKET ONE AT A TIME. |

The Akorner XL brings a new dimension to our name of hi-fi racks by combining our trademark quality and design and excellent acoustic performance in to a corner-fitting unit. Designed and individually handmade in our workshop, this rack features the same sturdy construction and high tensile strength as the Podium XL with its 40mm thick solid hardwood plinths and 46mm² legs
Each tier is made from solid 40mm hardwood staves, providing stiffness and stability, adding to the rack's density as well as absorbing vibration. Each board is bonded concave to convex to add to the board’s rigidity. This rack comes with 46mm² solid hardwood legs which are removable and can be made to any length, allowing it to fit around your system and give adequate space for heat dispersion. The back of the rack is tapered to allow the rack to sit in a corner.
Modular
The Akorner XL features modular design, allowing you to upgrade by adding extra plinths or changing your leg lengths as your system grows and changes.
Customisable
The Akorner XL forms part of our bespoke range. One of the key advantages of this hi-fi rack is that it can be made to depth and width or height, so you can have the rack made to the exact millimetre of your specifications enabling it to fit your equipment and environment perfectly. We don’t charge a premium for a bespoke size, just the cubic millimetre cost in line with our standard sizes.

When selecting the appropriate leg height for your rack, this is the clearance between the two plinths including the spike, but please note that this does not include the thickness of the plinths (40mm). Any leg length is available at no extra cost, enabling you to specify the exact length to meet your requirements. Don’t forget to leave adequate spacing above items that run hot for effective heat dispersal - the required spacing can usually be found within your product manual.
