Definitive Technology BP9020 Floorstanding Loudspeakers
Definitive Technology presents the BP9020 Bipolar Tower, a high-performance tower speaker that features an in-built 8 inch powerful subwoofer. This floor standing speaker uses a patented Forward-Focused Bipolar Array (FFBP), which fills your entire room with an immersive sound in such a way that you do not miss any note in the music. Balanced Double Surround System (BDSS) helps the small performance-driven drivers to generate an output that has the levels of bass quality that one would usually expect to find in a bigger driver, without any compromise on sound dispersion and midrange definition.
The BP9020 Bipolar Tower Speaker is Dolby Atmos/DTS:X compatible and incorporates an Intelligent Bass Control mechanism and bass vent. The unit comes equipped with aluminium dome tweeters. These tweeters produce a crystal clear high frequency sound to produce a listening experience that is as close to a live performance as possible.
The BP9020 sports an LED backlit Definitive Technology logo at its bottom front panel. This LED logo highlights perfectly the incorporated subwoofer and also indicates reception of signals by the speaker. If the unit does not receive any signal for more than twenty minutes, the BP9020 will automatically switch into standby mode, reducing the power needed and saving energy.
The BP9020 Bipolar Tower comes housed in a resonance-free aluminium cabinet that is impressively strong. The wide base has been created from aircraft grade aluminium, and offers stability to the tower speaker. Included spikes and floor guides keep the BP9020 speakers secured in their optimum position, whether you have placed them on a rug or a hardwood floor. The unit is available in black finish and comes with an elegantly designed fixed transparent grille.
