Rega AC Wall Plug Replacement Power Supply 350mA , 24V

This is simply a 240V to 24V transformer. It does that job just fine, driving the Rega Neo power supply that connects to the turntable. The bigger question is: why did the previous one fail? and why did the one before that fail? yes, this is my third transformer in total. They seem to last a couple of years only.
