One of the best mains upgrades on the world market, but as with all TCI cables, is sensibly priced in comparison to some of the crazy exotica out there.


99% of new Hi-Fi components are supplied with a bulk standard power cable. Most manufactures supply a lead costing less than a few pence! Although hard to believe this is the sad reality. That expensive new Hi-Fi component you’ve just bought is being powered by nothing more than a cheap and nasty kettle lead!

The Constrictor filters out noise from the mains supply and reduces incoming and outgoing radiated noise.

TCI Constrictor Powerleads are designed to enhance your listening pleasure


TCI Constrictor Powerleads and Powerblocks use 8 cores of Silver Plated PTFE insulated Copper and one 2.5mm2 PVC insulated copper earth wire. The eight cores are wound to naturally filter RFI without using sound degrading capacitors or inductors. The Live and Neutral conductors both have a total cross sectional area of 3.73mm2, and less than 8.15 ohms per Kilometre resistance. Capable of carrying 60amps at 500volts RMS,

The TCI Constrictor is virtually transparent to the all important power supply. The Powerleads are designed to enhance your listening pleasure as well as give some protection to your valuable audio equipment as they include voltage spike and transient protection.

The enhancements to mains quality by using a TCI Constrictor Powerlead or Powerblock allow your Hi-Fi and Home Cinema components to reach their full potential rather than a mere fraction of it. Sonic improvements include more detail, bigger sound stage, better dynamics and a deeper and fuller bass. Because of the quieter noise floor, low level detail is also improved as well as the portrayal of micro dynamics.
