Leema Acoustics Stream III CD Player
The previous versions of the award-winning Stream proved to be a huge success, providing an unbeatable combination of outstanding sound quality, excellent build, styling and ergonomics. The new Stream III takes this as a starting point and then completely re-defines what is achievable, with even better performance, stunning good looks, and an incredible array of useful new features. The Leema Acoustics Stream III CD player is a sensational upgrade of Leema's original Stream, with dramatic new styling and new features, including an all-new slot loading transport, with less jitter and digital error than in drawer-mechanism players substantially above the Stream's price point. The new Leema Quad DAC is a further refinement of Leema's own highly successful MD² Multi-DAC. Controls are elegantly minimal: a standby button and a rotary L-drive, which intuitively controls all CD functions, like open/close, play, stop, and track selection.
New features include four digital inputs: two optical, one coax and one USB, so the Pulse III connects to—and brings alive—a whole range of digital devices such as satellite TV, wireless music systems, and computer games consoles. There's even a USB digital output for bit-perfect digital archiving. The Stream III can be configured to operate cooperatively with other Leema components using the Leema Intelligent Protocol System (LIPS).
The gorgeous streamlined case, available in polished white or black finish, is machined from solid aluminium. The Stream III is as beautifully made as it performs.
