Cardas Golden Cuboid Myrtlewood Isolation Cubes (6 per pack) are great for isolation of source components, electronics and speakers!

Myrtlewood is an excellent anti-resonance material because it acts across a wide bandwidth and is structurally random to a great extent. Made from extremely dense Myrtlewood, the Cardas Golden Cuboids isolate your equipment from the deleterious effects of vibration

 

The Cardas Golden cuboids are manufactured from Myrtlewood which only grows in southwestern Oregon and northwestern California. It is a very slow growing tree that is extremely dense. In fact, Myrtelwood logs are so dense they don't float.

This has very positive effect on their ability to deal with vibration. 

 

As you may know George Cardas has the used the Golden Ratio in many of his designs and the Golden Cuboids are aptly named in honor of the Golden Ratio.
The small Golden Cuboids are 15mm high x 25mm wide x 40mm long. The large Golden Cuboids are 25mm high x 40mm wide x 63mm long. Slip a set under your components and you can enjoy a smoother more detailed sound that is easier on the ears.
